We do not give refunds.

We guarantee our product will not matted or shed. If a problem does occur please contact us immediately. If the product is altered or colored the guarantee is voided. We do not guarantee any of the Indian wavy, curly or signature top pieces due to the fact that we purchase through our supplier and do not make them ourselves.



When we receive your order online or over the phone, we start working on it right away. We highly recommend that you order your products at least 12-15 business days before your scheduled appointments. This gives us time to make your order and the carrier has time to complete the pickup and delivery before you need it.


 Can I return my product?

The product was purchased within 14 days, is in its original packaging, and remains in original condition. Product must be new, unworn, and unaltered. (Products showing signs of obvious wear, missing parts of a set, or not in its original packaging, will be immediately rejected.)

  • Samson Hair Shop does not cover the cost of return labels, except when we are responsible for any errors with your order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email/call to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your store credit or exchange.
If you are approved, then your store credit will be noted or your exchange will be processed. There will be a 30% re-stocking fee on all custom orders.
